The Deluco leadership team
Deluco was founded in 2022 by Paul Wirth, Mike Wirth, Paul Spooner and Claire Bento. Created with the objective of always being far greater than the sum of its parts, you will find industry experience and customer service as our raison d’être.
We are service-oriented and while product quality is of prime importance, we work to ensure that purchasing and delivery experiences are simple and trouble-free for all our customers and partners large and small; private and commercial.

We will guide and advise as to your best, in-budget and on-time choices of materials, working alongside your chosen architects, designers and fitters. If required, we will be happy to recommend professionals to realise these functions.

Paul graduated from the University of Aberdeen in 2010 with an MA in Geography. After working with several financial institutions, he began his career in Grupo Arca, a high-end finishes company in Mexico. Throughout his time there, he served in several Director roles, including retail, procurement and product for over 6 years, placing the company as market leader with over 30% of the market share. As Arca expanded into the American market, he lead the commercial team to establish a best-in-class stock selection. With Deluco, he oversees the companies day to day business and drives strategy, working towards the goal of becoming an important player in the market."
Paul Wirth
Paul obtained a degree in International Business with Marketing, before graduating with a Master’s degree in Neuromarketing. Specializing in Retail Marketing and Sales Consultancy, Paul has worked across a variety of industries in establishing market penetration strategies, leading different industry partnerships to maximize presence and growth within the sectors. His experience in the Latin American, UK and wider international market bring a wealth of experience to the Deluco team. Paul runs the marketing strategy, and forms the commercial look-and-feel of Deluco.."
Paul Spooner
Mike graduated from the University of York in Biochemisty, before completing a Postgraduate Education degree from the University of Lancaster. He has worked throughout Europe, Asia and Latin America. Following five years teaching in the UK, he spent twenty-two years in pharmaceuticals with major transnationals in sales, training, marketing, clinical research, project management and general management followed by sixteen years in corporate finance, M&A, investment portfolio consulting and franchising. Mike directs financial strategy and planning, ensuring Deluco is on solid ground to achieve its targets.
Mike Wirth
Claire graduated from Les Roches University in Hotel Management, putting her expertise to work within the hospitality industry. Having held several restaurant manager roles, and managing the De Patio restaurant into the 50 Best Latam restaurants, Claire moved to England to work for Kol restaurant, where they achieved their first Michelin Star. Having always preferred the client-facing responsibilities within her roles, Claire has driven Deluco’s sales efforts through her confident networking skills and powerful customer presence.."
